AFM 220 will be shown on a Liebherr 900 excavator in energy wood collecting. The demonstration will take place Thursday, December 15, 2011 at Hurbache (10 km from St. Die des Vosges, the Vosges) from 9:00 till 18:00.

Over 20 customers from the Misiones area were gathered together for negotiations and presentations of AFM-logging equipment, Epsilon cranes and Doosan construction machinery.  Presentations were made by Mr. Klaus Grenberg from AFM-Forest, Mr. Evaldo Oliveira from Epsilon and Mr. Marion Toledo from Cowdin.

All of those involved in the forestry, pulp and paper manufacturing industries will come together during EXPOCORMA 2011. AFM-Forest has delivered the first harvesting head to Chinese customer.  AFM 45L installed on Komatsu PC160-7 base machine started on January operations in Shandong Province.  There is less that 10 forest machines running in China and most of them are owned by foreign companies.  AFM 45L harvester is cutting wood for local plywood manufacturing and Stora Enso pulp mill.

Welcome to see the AFM attachments at one of the biggest forestry shows in Scandinavia Finnmetko 2010, which will be held on 2-4 of September in Jämsä, Finland. The AFM harvesting and wood energy heads will be presented at several places at Finnmetko:

• The main AFM stand (stand nr. 596) – here visitors will have a chance to see a broad range of AFM products, such as guillotine wood energy heads, harvester heads adapted for bioenergy operations, as well standard harvester and processor heads.
• At the Logman Oy’s stand (stand nr. 908) will be exhibited an AFM 220 wood energy head on a Logman 821 harvester.
• The stand of ProfiPro Oy (stand nr. 702) will have an AFM 50 harvester head installed on a Profi 50 harvester.
